Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.
  • Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 30 days

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank (processing time may apply)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at
customercare@edenbasket.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
